For Domestic order: For most locations, shipping typically requires 4-6 business days, inclusive of processing time at our warehouse located in Melbourne.
Free Delivery within Australia on orders over $100

However, in certain remote areas, delivery may extend up to 7 business days.

Please note that express shipping is available at own cost

For International order: 14 - 21 business days

*A 'business day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Australian public holidays.

Our priority is ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your order, hence we mandate a signature upon receipt for all deliveries, unless you opt for the 'Authority to Leave' option during checkout. Should you be unavailable to receive your package, our courier will leave a notification card and transport it to your nearest post office for convenient collection at your earliest convenience!
